Author Guidelines

To avoid errors and delays in preparing articles for publication in the journal “The Agriculture and Ecosystems in Modern World: Regional and Inter countries’ research” Please note the following requirements:

  1. The author sends the text of the manuscript of the scientific article in strict accordance with the "Requirements for the design of the article" to the editorial office of the journal in electronic form.
  2. The article submitted for publication must be original, not previously published or sent for consideration anywhere. If any copyrighted images are used, permission to use them should also be attached to the text of the article.
  3. The author sends a cover letter to the editor-in-chief, in which he justifies the need to publish materials, and also indicates the title of the article, personal data (full surname, first name and patronymic) and the topic of scientific research in accordance with the current nomenclature of scientific specialties.
  4. Separately, you must specify the contact phone number and email address for online communication.

Requirements for the design of the article:

Articles should be submitted by e-mail (agrokalmsu@mail.ru) and should be prepared as follows.

  • the volume of the article is up to 10-12 pages in A4 format;
  • all margins are 2 cm;
  • base type size - 14;
  • indent of the first line of the paragraph - 1 cm
  • tables - 14;
  • double-spacing - 1.5 (one-and-a-half);
  • font - Times New Roman;
  • page numbering - at the bottom center;
  • text alignment - by width (the title of the article - in the center in capital letters);
  • footnotes in the form of page footnotes;
  • citations to sources in the text should be enclosed in square brackets  in the order of their citation in the text.
  • The bibliography list is given 14 pins at the end of the article in accordance with GOST R 7.0.100-2018).

Requirements for the structure of the article

  • UDC index according to the classifier (in the upper left corner)
  • Title of the article in capital letters (in Russian and English)
  • Full name of the authors (in Russian and English)
  • Information about the author (in English and Russian): Academic degree, position, organization, country
  • Abstract of the article (in Russian and English, must contain a brief description of the concept of the article)
  • Key words or phrases (in Russian and English)
  • Introduction (state of the problem, goal and objectives of the research)
  • The main part (research methodology, research results)
  • Conclusion (results of the work, generalizations, conclusions)
  • Acknowledgements (if the article was written with the financial support of the scientific foundation or indicate the state task)
  • List of references (Bibliographical references are made in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008 "Bibliographical references". In the text of the serial number of the source from the reference list is in square brackets.).

The text of the article, the bibliography list is typed with the use of automatic word transposition. Tables are located in the text of the article and must have a name and a serial number (if there is more than one). Word abbreviations in the table are not allowed.

Upon receiving the materials, the manuscript is sent for review.

After receiving a positive review, the editors notify the authors that the article has been accepted for publication, as well as the comments of reviewers and editors, according to which it is necessary to correct and supplement the article. In case of refusal to publish the article, the editors send a motivated refusal to the author.

The authors are responsible for the selection and accuracy of facts, quotations, statistical and sociological data, proper names, place names and other information.

Full-text versions of articles, abstracts, keywords, information about the authors in Russian and English are freely available on the Internet at the official website of the publication.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
